The HSCT

The HSCT:

• Is a State of Florida required exam
• Must be passed to graduate from high school

Florida has adopted a standard skill level for all students from high school. The HSCT determines whether you meet, exceed, or fall below the standard level. If you fail the exam, you do not meet required skill levels and cannot receive a high school diploma.

Who should take the HSCT?

If you are enrolled in SCC`s Adult High School, you must take the HSCT before you can graduate.

Where can I take the HSCT?

SCC is an HSCT Testing Center. You may take the exam at our Assessment and Testing Center.
