Adult Basic Education

Adult Basic Education (ABE) is a non-credit program. It is designed to teach basic reading, math, communication, life, and work skills to help you gain employment and citizenship.

To enter the ABE program, you must:

  • Contact SCC`s Adult Student Services at 407.708.4722 ext. 3023
  • Be 16 years or older
  • Have left the public school system
  • Have scored below the ninth grade level on the TABE test
