STAR - Student Transition and Achievement Resources Center

The STAR Center (formerly CORE) located in J005B at the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus and room 220B at the Altamonte Springs Campus. Star Center provides vocational certificate and A.S. degree students with help on academic skills necessary to succeed in their programs. STAR staff can help you:

• Acquire the basic academic skills you need to enter a specific career and technical (AS and PSAV) programs.
• Utilize a range of learning resources to achieve success in AS and PSAV programs.
• Various Nursing Exam study guides - Dosage Calculations, Med Prep, PN - Test Taking Skills, and more
