Accommodations

Participants are required to make their own reservations for accommodations. Arrangements have been made with La Quinta Inn & Suites, Lake Mary  for a discounted rate. The rate will be $75 per night for a single or double room if you reserve before July 13, 2008. Please ask for the SCC AP Workshop Block when reserving your room. The same rate can be had the weekend before or after the workshop.

Meals

A continental breakfast will be provided each morning for participants staying at La Quinta Inn. There will also be a limited continental breakfast at SCC each morning. Throughout the day, bottled water and soft drinks will be available, as well as some light snacks. Lunch and dinner will be at the participant's expense. The AP Summer Institute is being held between semesters and on-campus food services will not be available during this week. Feel free to bring sack lunches.
