A Master's Certificate with a "Theory To Practice" Approach

Through a partnership with the University of Central Florida, SCC's project management students can also earn a UCF Master's Certificate with no additional course requirements.

Participants who successfully complete our six-month program are now eligible to receive a Master's Certificate issued from UCF.

SCC's Project Management program is designed to provide a comprehensive "theory to practice" approach to the fundamentals of project management. The program has two primary purposes: to prepare students with the knowledge, skills and tools to pass the PMP™ exam and develop practical applications for success in the workplace. This theory to practice model is achieved through the following five-course sequence, which combines traditional lectures, case studies, project simulations and a portfolio of PM templates:

• Principles of Project Management
• Organizational Behavior of Project Teams
• Project Finance and Engineering Economics
• Project Quality, Risk and Procurement Management
• PMP™ Exam Preparation Seminar
