Procedures for Change of Address

The Records Department provides a card for students to change their address.

• Students must clearly write their name, social security number and the new address on the card. Students must also sign and date the card.
• Card must be submitted to the Records Department.
• Change will take effect immediately.
• Students may update their address online themselves.
