Policy:

For the purpose of implementing F.S. 322. 0601, the College shall develop procedures to provide relevant information to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. This will include:

1. verification of enrollment in an eligible program;
   
   
2. notification of non-compliance;
   
   
3. student's right of appeal
   
   
4. process for waiving requirements due to family hardship
