SCC’s Oviedo Campus offers a full curriculum of academic courses in university pre-majors, all taught in small, intimate classroom settings by SCC's award-winning faculty. Those students who speak English as a second language will benefit from the Campus’ comprehensive Adult Education Program as well, where they can take college-credit courses that will give them the language skills to better participate in more advanced college and university classes. Additionally, students who seek to develop new skills or hone their talents can choose from SCC's renowned community, recreation and leisure programs.

• EAP (English for Academic Purposes): College-level courses in reading, writing and communication skills that help adults who speak English as a second language to succeed in a college and/or university setting
• ELS (English Language Studies): ELS prepares adult speakers of other languages to communicate effectively in English through comprehensive language instruction and college preparation programs.
• Personal Enrichment: The College offers general personal enrichment classes for school-aged children and adults.

Other College offerings include:

• SCCorporate College: SCC provides quality, cost-effective services to help students and organizations improve their performance.
• Adult Basic Education (ABE)/General Equivalency Diploma (GED): These courses prepare students for their GED.
