The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Generic Track

  • Is a comprehensive, two-year limited access program
  • Provides classroom and clinical experiences in all areas of nursing
  • Teaches the specialized skills you need to become a successful nurse
  • Prepares you to enter the workforce as an RN (Registered Nurse)

The degree program's generic track is for students with little or no previous medical experience. Students in the generic track:

  • Are provided with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
  • Study multiple specializations such as pediatrics, maternity, and mental health nursing
  • Receive classroom knowledge, and laboratory and clinical experience

How do I earn the Associate Degree in Nursing?

To earn the degree, you must:

  • Complete the curriculum

To be employed as a Registered Nurse you must:

  • Pass the NCLEX - RN exam
