Elin Baklid-Kunz, MBA, CPC, CCS

Elin earned her Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University and her Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She brings 13 years of healthcare experience, including seven years in Finance. She is currently working for Halifax Community Health System with responsibility for implementing and maintaining compliance program elements relating to the revenue cycle.

She is also a freelance author for HCPro, Inc. writing e‑learning courses for JustCoding.com, and she is a workshop presenter for the AAPC. Elin is a Certified Professional Coder (AAPC) and Certified Coding Specialist (AHIMA), and a member of the Healthcare Compliance Association and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
