Transcripts

Florida Schools
You may be able to access your unofficial transcript through FACTS (Florida Academic Counseling & Tracking for Students). From the pull down menu, select the college from which you want a transcript. Enter your social security number & the month & date of your birth expressed as mmdd.

If you are unable to access your transcript, you may want to contact the college that you most recently attended. Colleges & universities have different policies on how long they maintain the records of students who are no longer enrolled at their institution.

Non-Florida Schools

Search for the college on the Internet. Locate the search box on their site. Search for "transcripts." Follow the instructions for that institution. For questions, you may want to contact that college. Debitek Cards

A Debitek Card is needed to pay for printing at the Seminole/Sanford Campus. Purchase a card for a minimum of $1.00 by using the dispenser located at the Circulation Department.
