Foreign Educational Transcripts For College Credit Studies Evaluated transcripts must be presented to the International Student Office in order to process your application form and issue an I-20. Without the evaluated transcript, an I-20 will not be issued by SCC's International Office and you will not be able to register for classes. Only original documents will be accepted. Facsimiles and photocopies will not be accepted. Please note the following: - If you have attended only a foreign high school: transcripts must be officially translated to English AND evaluated by the World Education Services or Josef Silny and Associates. A Document- by-Document evaluation must be completed.
- If you have attended a university (completed or not completed), your transcript must be translated to English AND evaluated by the World Education Services or Josef Silny and Associates. A Course-by-Course evaluation must be completed.
- If you attended a U.S. high school and/or university, you must obtain an official transcript(s) to be mailed to the SCC International Student Office.
