Change of Address/Phone Numbers

A change of address and/or phone number must be reported to the International Advisor within 10 days of the change. The new address must be a physical address. Post Office (P.O.) boxes will not be accepted. The International Advisor will immediately update the College's database and SEVIS files with your new information. To obtain the Change of Address/Phone form, contact your International Advisor or download the form.
