Performance Evaluation Process

The following steps are to be followed for the performance evaluation process (Non-instructional Performance Evaluation or Instructional Performance Evaluation):

• Review the Position Description
• Evaluation Guidelines for Appraisers
• Preparing The Written Evaluation
• Conducting The Appraisal Interview
• Discussing Performance
• The evaluation is then signed by both the evaluator and the employee.
• The evaluation is then forwarded to the next level supervisor for approval.
• The evaluation is then forwarded to Human Resources to be included in the employee's personnel file.
