Spplemental Health Insurance (Plan C) For Employees Covered Under Other Health Plans

Plan C is a supplemental plan for employees who already have adequate health insurance coverage. There are no employee premiums. Dependent coverage is only available for dental coverage. The plan includes hospital indemnity, dental, and vision coverage only.

Hospital Indemnity Coverage	Pays the employee $100 per day for each day the employee is confined to the hospital as an inpatient for up to 90 days of continuous confinement.
