How to Find a Doctor or Hospital

• Using a web browser, go to the Blue Cross Blue Shield web site: http://www.bcbsfl.com/ On the left side of the web page under Quick Links, select Find a Doctor or Hospital.
• Under Plan, choose BlueOptions (Network Blue) for SCC Plans A & D, and BlueCare (HMO) for SCC Plan B.
