The Web Guidelines Group

The Web Guidelines group has been created to ensure quality and usability of all campus Web properties. Our campus web site is not just a source for information. It is also a valuable marketing tool reaching millions of people each year. As such, it is our job to ensure that the College is presented in the best possible light.

The SCC Web site is created and maintained by the WebSupport staff at SCC, who are responsible for ensuring its quality and usability.  In addition, the Community Relations and Marketing Department, Computing and Telecommunications Services Department (CTS), the Distance Learning Department, and Faculty advisers all work cooperatively to promote a unified and user-friendly Internet presence.  As a result of this team effort, we have established a design checklist, as well as a set of design standards to insure that our goal will be achieved.

With your cooperation we will keep the Seminole Community College web site one of the best educational Web sites in the country.
