Florida Bright Futures Scholarship ProgramThe Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) State Programs, within the Florida Department of Education, administers a variety of postsecondary educational state-funded grants and scholarships and provides information to students, parents and high school and postsecondary professionals. The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program establishes three lottery-funded scholarships to reward Florida high school graduates for high academic achievement. The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program is comprised of the following three awards:

Students can initiate the application, view its status, update personal information and check application progress throughout the school year via the Florida Student Financial Aid Web site. Early application, even with only partial information to complete the application, is recommended. Applications are available directly on the Florida State Department of Education Web site: www.floridastudentfinancialaid.org/SSFAD/home/uamain.htm. Problems that your guidance counselor cannot correct will be addressed by e-mail at osfa@fldoe.org or calling 1.888.827.2004 (toll-free).
