What do you like the most about living in the USA? The opportunities that are available in the United States are the reason I came here and the reason I want to stay.

Why did you choose SCC? I choose SCC because it has a great reputation and both the class schedule and location are also very convenient for me. Everyone at SCC has been so helpful to me, I feel very welcome.

How would you describe your educational experience at SCC compared to what you might experience in your home country? In my home country of Nigeria, educational opportunities are very limited, but here at SCC, the educational environment and facilities are wonderful; I feel very lucky to be able to pursue my academic goals at SCC.

What are you planning to accomplish while you are in the USA and at SCC? My first goal is to graduate from SCC and continue my education to become a pharmacist. After that I hope to achieve the "American Dream," by owning my own home and business so that I can bring my family to this country.

What are your favorite activities and hobbies? I enjoy golf, billiards, writing and chess.

How has your experience at SCC impacted your life? Coming to SCC has really opened my eyes to the many possibilities available to me. My experiences here have helped me learn about myself so that I can be a better student, improve my confidence and prepared me for the future.

Why would you recommend SCC to another international student? I would recommend SCC to anyone interested in pursuing their education because I have had a very positive experience here.
