Services
The Office of Grant Development and Management will:
- Assist in developing and reviewing proposals, negotiate awards and administer agreements for scholarly research, educational outreach programs and college-wide mission-driven initiatives.
- Facilitate the process by aligning academic or project interest with potential grant opportunities.
- Serve as liaison between the grantee and the funding source.
- Conduct research by request (see Funding Research Request Form) and maintain on-going research for already existing institutional and programming needs.
- Assure compliance with all applicable sponsor regulations and College policies and procedures.
- Provide informational seminars and conduct a Faculty Roundtables on Grants in order to establish an effective communication network between OGDM and SCC faculty and program administrators.
- Regularly evaluate departmental systems and tools in order to maintain a high level of success and professionalism in the support of institutional mission, goals and objectives.
