SCC Second Annual Computer Programming Championship Results

Twelve SCC and VCC students participated in the second annual Computer Programming contest on Saturday, April 15th on the Sanford campus. Students had to solve a maximum of four problems using the computer programming language of their choice. The student to complete the most problems in the shortest time won.

First place and $500 went to Kevin Lykins from SCC who correctly completed all three problems. Second place and $250 went to Chris Adams from SCC who correctly completed two problems. Third place and $100 went to Jon duMee who correctly solved two problems.

Eleven SCC students participated in the first SCC Computer Programming contest on Friday, April 15th on the Sanford campus. Students had to solve a maximum of four problems using the computer programming language of their choice. The student to complete the most problems in the shortest time won.

First place and $500 went to Brad Willadsen who correctly completed all four problems in two hours and ten minutes. Second place and $250 went to Chris Pedersen who also correctly completed all four problems. His time was two hours and 58 minutes. Third place and $100 went to Jon duMee who correctly solved two problems.
