A.S. Degrees

Graduates of the A.S. Degree Programs can enter the work force immediately or continue education at the university level. According to the 1998 Occupational Outlook Handbook, the growing availability and use of advanced technologies such as computer-aided design and drafting and computer simulation continues to increase productivity and impact employment growth. As technology becomes more sophisticated, employers continue to look for programmers who are skilled in new technology and require a minimum of additional on-the-job training. Seminole State's Computer Programming and Analysis programs are designed to meet the demand for highly-skilled computer programmers and application developers.
