Catalog PurposeThe provisions of this publication are not to be construed as a contract between the student and Seminole Community College. The College reserves the right to change any provision or requirement when such action will serve the best interest of the College or its students. Students are responsible for meeting, in full, the requirements for graduation or program completion as set forth in the College catalog and any published catalog addendum for the specified catalog year. The Counseling and Educational Planning Office assists in the planning of a program of study for each student, but the final responsibility for meeting the requirements for graduation or program completion rests solely with the student. The catalog considered "in force" and binding on the student is one of the following:
This procedure shall take effect summer 2004. All students prior to this date may use the catalog under which they originally enrolled or re-enrolled as long as the catalog is not older than five years. Students enrolled in programs where curriculum is determined by state legislation, rule, licensing and/or accrediting agencies, or students enrolled in programs where significant "state-of-the-art" technological changes have occurred, may be required to satisfy the current catalog's graduation requirements. |
