Adult Education

Adult Education programs provide practical instruction to adults who are seeking basic academic skills, a high school diploma, preparation for the GED exam, personal enrichment, and skill building. By utilizing individualized instructional programs and innovative classroom instruction, the unique learning needs of the adult learner can be met. Classes are offered on Seminole Community College campuses and at a number of outreach sites with day, evening, and weekend hours available.

The departments of the Adult Education Division are:

  • Adult Basic Education (ABE)
  • Adult High School
  • General Educational Development (GED)
  • English Language Studies (ELS)
