Strength Training Center

Strength Training CenterSCC's Strength Training Center (STC) offers the College's athletes the tools required to develop and maintain their competitive edge with speed, agility and strength training. The STC is also utilized by the Athletic Training staff for the rehabilitation and return of injured athletes.

With the use of various cantilever, dumbbell and barbell weight systems, full body strength and power are easily achieved. The STC also offers elliptical, treadmill, recumbent and upright exercise equipment used in the development and maintenance of the body's overall cardiovascular fitness.

The STC was designed with the SCC athlete in mind. However, SCC's faculty, staff and students are also invited and encouraged to capture the benefits of strength and cardiovascular training during posted open-access hours. Proper membership is required.

Proof of membership is required for entry.

SCC's Athletics Department and its staff reserve the right to close or reserve the use of the Strength Training Center at any time without prior written, announced or otherwise advertised notice.
