Raiders Softball Coach - Katie Field

After playing two years for the Raiders in 2002 and 2003, Katie Field joins the Raiders coaching staff for her first season as assistant coach. While at SCC, Field was named to the All-Conference team for two years and holds several school records.

Field continued her softball career and education at the University of North Florida after graduating from SCC and will graduate this spring with a major in sports management. In addition to coaching at SCC, she is completing her practicum and internship required for her degree. A native of Oviedo, Fla., Field was a high school softball standout and was named Player of the Year.
