Non-Intensive ESOL

  • English classes for students who use English as a second language.
  • Functional English (English for everyday tasks).
  • Multiple levels of English instruction.
  • Four to six hours of instruction each week.

The Multilevel program offers:

  • Various levels (beginning to advanced) to help you, based on your English skills.
  • Qualified instructors who specialize in teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages.
  • A friendly, academic atmosphere.
  • Free classes for adults 16 years and older who are one of the following:
    1. US citizens
    2. US permanent residents
    3. Refugees

Non-Intensive ESOL classes teach the following English skills:

  • Speaking/Listening
  • Grammar
  • Reading
  • Writing

Non-Intensive ESOL classes are offered at:

  • SCC's Sanford/Lake Mary campus
    Weekday evenings
